Through applications like Activity and Health, Apple Watch can help you keep track of each workout or activity you complete, as well as record important data. However, it is possible to record an exercise by accident or to have a duplicate session kept in the app.
In some cases, there is a simple way to remove that data from your record to minimize misunderstanding; you can do so with your iPhone, but not with your Apple Watch.
Here’s how to remove an exercise on Apple Watch if outdated workouts are cluttering your records or you want to eliminate a specific workout data.
